WA: Fire destroys homes, residents evacuated

A bushfire burning out of control in the Perth Hills has destroyed two houses caused
the evacuation of hundreds of residents.

A Fire and Emergency Services spokeswoman says the fire's escalated and residents continue
to be moved.

It's destroyed 100 hectares of bushland in the suburb of Glen Forrest and extra fire
crews are being brought in.

Three aerial water bombers had also been brought in.
