(the "Company")(OTC BB: TELE) announced today that it has qualified for accreditation as a domain name registrar for top level domains by the governing body known as The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN). On April 18, 2001, the Company incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary called DomainGorilla.com, Inc. through which to launch this business. Through DomainGorilla.com, the Company plans to utilize its accreditation to its fullest potential to service both the retail and wholesale markets. DomainGorilla.com will offer domain name registration, transfer and renewal services, specifically through bulk renewal and registration. Through strategic partnerships, we plan to also offer our customers a full suite of value added services including webhosting.
